Hourly Rate: An agreed-upon base rate which does not include additional charges and fees. Minimum hour billed is two hours. Hourly reservations are billed from garage to garage. Gratuity: For convenience, a discretionary gratuity is automatically added to each reservation at (20% of base rate) and reflected on final bill. Any additional gratuity paid is at the discretion of the client. STC: Standard Transporting Cost (STC) includes all applicable local, state and federal taxes as well administrative fees (15% of base rate). Fuel Surcharge: Regardless of the length of the trip, a minimum fuel charge of $30 is added for each vehicle. Incidental Charges: Tolls, parking, airport fees, VIP access fees and special requests request by clients will be added to the final bill. Cancellation Policy: A service fee equal to the total trip cost will be charged for any cancellation made less than 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup time in the local area or less than 4 hours if out of area. We are not responsible for passenger flights/train which are missed, cancelled, delayed or any other reason which results failure to comply with cancellation policy. We will exact our best effort to fulfill client’s needs in these instances subject to wait time fees without detriment to other reserved clients. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). Smoking is not permitted in limousines. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
